Medical Facilities
Botetourt County is served by seven hospitals in nearby Roanoke and Alleghany Highlands. Equipped to provide modern medical care, these facilities have a total of 2,000 beds.
The Botetourt County Health Department and a branch of Lewis Gale Hospital are located in Fincastle and a Carilion branch is located in Daleville. Medical clinics are also located in the Towns of Buchanan and Blue Ridge.
